Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been packed and shipped.
At this time, tracking numbers are not available for shipments. This is due to the shipping method used.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional charges applied by your country’s customs authorities. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and Lost Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and assist you.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
